After the successful operation of buses to and from Technopark, KSRTC city depot has launched an outer ring service for techies on a trial basis. Now Techies can depend on the public transportation system for their daily commutation.

In the meantime, Technopark Express was served a stop memo by Kazhakuttom RTO for functioning without proper permit. Two Technopark Express buses were circulating through the campus every half-an-hour during the working hours for Techies. KSRTC officials filed complaint against this service which covers most of the nearby places of Technopark including Kazhakuttom railway station. Then the motor vehicle department intervened and stopped the service.
